Our Standard delivery time is 3-7 working days.

We require 50% advance payment for order confirmation. The remaining 50% can be paid via Cash on Delivery (COD).

Yes, shipping charges are PKR 250.

Yes, absolutely! Our candles are fully burnable.

  • Candles used in decor are usually for display, but can be burned as well.
  • Care instructions will be included with your order.
  • If you receive a bouquet, you can remove each candle and place it on a safe, non-toxic

surface like a ceramic tray before lighting.

We understand how fragile our products are. Every item is carefully and securely packed with protective sheet to reduce the risk of damage. In case something does break during delivery, don’t worry!

Send us proof within 2 days of receiving your package.

After reviewing it, we’ll send a replacement at no additional cost.

At EM Candles, we put love into every handmade item. If you wish to return or exchange a product:

1. Contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.

2. Pack the item securely (we can guide you if needed).

3. Ship it via any reliable courier service with a “FRAGILE” label. 4. Once received in good condition, we’ll proceed with a refund or exchange. Shipping cost will also be reimbursed upon receipt.

Note: We cannot process returns or exchanges for items damaged due to poor packaging.

Yes, we do o er bulk discounts! However, since we are a small business with limited moulds, the discount depends on the quantity and type of product. Feel free to message us to discuss your specific order.
